• As part of our Bosch Home Comfort central service unit, you will work within our multi-cultural, dynamic and interdisciplinary team on topics covering the entire customer service journey.
• The support of tasks related to supporting strategy definition and business development for our international service business is also part of your responsibility.
• You will promote knowledge sharing and drive market analysis activities in order to support our key business initiatives.
• Furthermore, you support the service IT and operations area to prepare for the rollout of OneCRM (Microsoft Dynamics) in eight focus markets.
• Assisting the global process owners, you will learn to design processes, test developed features and prepare trainings as well as change management measures for the rollout markets.
• Finally, you take over tasks in international pricing projects.

• Education: excellent Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: previous experience in strategy definition, business development or customer service is preffered, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems is a plus
• Personality and Working Practice: detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills, proactive, self-motivated, able to take ownership of tasks and communicative with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in our team
• Enthusiasm: affinity for pricing projects and international pricing strategies is desired, passionate about working in the customer service environment and contributing to the development of service business, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Languages: fluent in German and English
